Description

Registration for this event is now closed - you may still attend and register on-site at the Camups Center Atrium at 8:30 am. Parking will be in the parking deck on Summit Street.

Transfer Orientation will give you the opportunity to understand your academic program, get transferred credits evaluated, take care of your picture ID and parking pass, and register for classes. There will also be a session hosted by Public Safety, as well as a Q&A session with previous NJIT transfer students.

Please note if you have already registered for classes, then you do not have to attend this program. More information on other resources to help you successfully transition to NJIT will be provided to you soon.

FAQs

What are my transport/parking options?

Please park at the Parking Deck on Summit Street (enter at Colden and Warren Streets). No parking pass will be needed.

Where do I check in?

Please check in at the Campus Center Atrium on the first floor.

What should I bring?

  • Pen
  • UCID and password
  • Spending money to buy lunch and NJIT paraphernalia.
  • Health Services packet http://www.njit.edu/healthservices
  • One form of identification with a photo (driver’s license, School ID)

What if I can't make it that day?

You are welcome take care of your needs on your own time. Please see our website for complete information for transfer students or contact the Center for Student Success for more support on transferring.

Can I bring a family member or guest?

The program is designed for students and is not meant to accomodate parents or guests.
